Breakfast was basic prepare yourself - adequate but not outstanding/unusual. It closes at 9:00AM. The location was great for anything in the Iowa Falls area and about 90 minutes from Des Moines via the Interstate. It’s across the street from Walmart for any supplies you forgot to pack or just need. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room - which we weren’t sure we would have.

The family who owns this is top notch. The cable selection for the TV is massive. The value compared to other hotels in the area is a way better deal. Rooms are clean, staff attentive, beds new and comfortable. Located within walking distance to stores (WalMart and Dollar General) with a gas station/convenience store down the road.

It is convenient when needing to stay in Iowa Falls for a night. The family that runs it is so nice!

Not an regular breakfast eater but the coffee is always good. Sometimes I enjoy the waffles.

Breakfast was ok. Not much selection. Location was really convenient. Staff friendly and helpful.
